popular women sleeve tattoos
Jeff Gogue is a well respected self taught tattoo artist. His influences include Robert Hernandez, Nikko Hurtado, Shige, Bob Tyrrell, and Joe Capobianco. He also dabbles in oil painting. He states that his goal is to tattoo creative, dynamic, refined work. Athough this is a sleeve in progress I was impressed with the colors and the coloring.
