Chinese dragon tattoofor girls
The meaning of Chinese dragon tattoo
In medieval Europe, the dragon was a bloodthirsty, fire-breathing figure. Its malevolence and ferociousness struck terror in all. But in Asia, the dragon is the contrary. The mighty dragon is a mythical beast long celebrated for its benevolence, intelligence and good will, which can protect us and give us good luck!

Tattoo Ideas
Here are some tips that will help you choose successful tattoo ideas.
Tattoo Ideas Tip #1:
Make sure you choose your design very carefully! There is a saying among tattoo artists that love lasts forever, but a tattoo last six months longer. Make sure you choose a tattoo design that has personal significance to you. Do not get tattoo flash just because it is trendy at the moment.
Tattoo Ideas Tip #2:
Choose the best tattoo artist you can find in you area. Even if there is not one in your area it is worth traveling a few miles to get the tattoo. Even the best tattoo designs can be badly manipulated by an inexperienced and low-grade tattoo artist. Check out their older work and see if you can speak to any of their previous clients. They will soon let you know if the artist knows what they are doing and if they are happy and would recommend the tattoo artist. It is the artists job to turn your chosen tattoo ideas into reality. So talk with them about your procedure so you make sure you get exactly what you want. Because whatever you end up getting is going to be with you for a long time.
Tattoo Ideas Tip #3:
A good number of tattoo artists will provide you with an actual design shaded in and with color and the line art of the design. If you have loads of reference material to show the tattoo artist this will aid in communication with the artist. Then you are sure to turn your tattoo ideas into reality.
Christian Cross Tattoos for girls
Some cross tattoos show Jesus on the cross, while others show the cross, often with realistic wood graining, with a crown of thorns hung over one arm. Other cross tattoos consists of crossed nails such as big, rough looking nails like those that were used to hang Jesus on the cross.
Other popular Christian cross tattoo images include the Celtic cross (probably one of the most popular Christian tattoos of all), the Russian cross, and the Egyptian 'ankh', a cross with a circular shape on top, the ancient Egyptian symbol for 'life'.
Besides the cross, there are other Christian images that are often used in Christian cross tattoos. The fish symbol is a great illustration based on assorted biblical references, a stylized fish symbol is frequently used as a symbol of Christ. This is a compact, but quite prominent symbol that lends itself well to tattooing, especially in black.
However, there are also other tattoos that may be gang related such as the Hispanic Christian Cross Tattoos.
They are an interesting sub-group. If you know anything about their traditions, you won't be too surprised to learn that most Mexicans and other Hispanic people, even though they are involved in gangs or other criminal activities, are deeply religious and rely on their Christian symbols to both identify and protect them.
These Christian cross tattoos are rather complex, many involve a tattooed image of a saint, Jesus, or the Virgin Mary. Hispanic tattoos often have words, as well, usually a Bible verse, perhaps accompanied by a loved one's name. Many Mexican gang members have multiple sophisticated tattoos, allowing the individual to literally wear his identity and emotions on his skin, if not his sleeve!

feminine tattoos for girls
The butterfly tattoo design has become one of the most popular forms of tattoo art among women. Statistics show that over 50% of the female population adorn the butterfly in some form or fashion on their ankle, upper or lower back, or chest.
The butterfly is an amazingly beautiful creature that holds profound meaning of mystery and freedom, and is unmatched in it's design and color. No wonder then, the popularity of the butterfly tattoo design.
The butterfly is symbolic of many things, but the main reason women tend to choose the butterfly design is because it symbolizes change and transformation - and this lovely creature, also stands for love and joy.
Butterfly tattoo designs are very safe choices, especially if you are getting tattooed for the first time. The reason being, is because the meaning behind the butterfly is one that is quite easy to treasure forever. Surely, we can all relate to love, joy, and freedom - and also to the beauty of the it's form, and exquisite colors.
To get inspiration for your designs, you can visit a good online tattoo gallery. You'll find large displays in several different styles. For instance, you can choose Celtic or tribal butterfly, and much more.
Not only will you find the butterfly pattern in different styles, but also in many splendid colors and sizes. Good galleries always use expert artists who can create the butterfly tattoo on any part of the body. However, the post popular areas requested, are the lower backs, arms, shoulders and even the ankle.
If you are having trouble deciding on tattoo ideas, keep in mind the butterfly tattoo design. Also, remember the smaller the design, the better - it will be less expensive and less intrusive, and will give you time if you decide on additional tattoos in the future. Remember to never compromise on who does the tattooing for you - make sure he/she are true professionals.

Simple Henna Tattoo for the Feet
This photo is a good example of a sandal that leaves enough room to place a small henna tattoo that flatters the foot as well as the toes.
Luckily, the little peacock design also is flattering to the golden sandal my client chose to wear. When getting a tattoo on the foot, it is important to leave the sandal on, so that I am sure not to draw your design too close to the shoe.. that way the henna will not rub off with wear.
If you want a tattoo that covers more of the top of the foot, then a little slide on shoe, or mule might be a better choice. This henna tattoo cost $15 dollars and took about 15 minutes from start to dry time. Stop by The Midnight Sun this Saturday between 11:00 Am & 5:00 PM for your henna tattoo. We will be leaving early this Saturday!

Henna Tattoo Design for the Back of the Hand.
The is a "chef's choice" style, which means the customer decides how much she want to spend, and the style of henna she likes. The henna artist then creates a unique pattern, base on traditional designs, to fit your taste & your budget.
This particular henna cost $20 and was drawn to include the clients jewelry in the pattern. You can see that there is a good bit of negative space in the design, which I think makes it visually very attractive.
This pattern was also drawn with the wetter paste, so the henna did take a bit longer to dry on the skin. We used 2009 Jamila Henna, fresh off the plane for this tattoo. We'll see if we get a photo of the finished color.

Henna Pattern for Back of Hand
This pattern took about 35 minutes to apply. The henna paste I am using this year is a bit wetter than pastes I have used in the past, so the henna flows freely from the cone and takes a bit longer to dry. This slower dry time results in a better finished color, although it does require that you are careful with your tattoo about 15 minutes longer than last year's paste.

Full Palm Henna Tattoo - paste on & paste off
This henna tattoo was done with a fairly wet paste, so there was plenty of time for the henna to be absorbed into the skin. This wet paste yielded a good finished color as you will see below.
Here is a photo of the henna tattoo with the paste off the skin. As you can see (click the photo for a larger view) the henna stains different parts of the hand different shades of red to reddish brown.
This henna paste has only been off the skin for 24 hours, so it will take another 24 hours for the final color to show up.
Many people want to know how long a henna tattoo will last. Spirit Vision Henna uses fine, natural ingredients with no chemical additives. The paste is made to give the darkest color possible, but aftercare is really important to getting a long lasting stain.
If you will leave the paste on the skin (first photo) for at least 6 hours, and if you will keep olive oil on the design (apply at least twice a day) and you are able to stay out of water for at least 12 hours after the paste is off the skin, then you will get the best color.
The FAQ page will address many common questions about henna tattoo. Of course, you are also welcome to call or email for more information.

find tattoo designs
You do not have to settle for the first design you find. Many women choose popular designs because they can't find anything that fits. However, you must remember that you have other options. Take your time, get some tattoos design ideas, and make sure that you get exactly what you want. You can get the best tattoo designs for you, without settling for a poor-quality image.
Tattoos design are constantly changing. It takes some time to find the perfect tattoo, simply because there is so much to choose from. This is going to be a permanent fixture on your body, so you shouldn't settle on something just because it is popular or the closest thing you can find. There are four popular tattoo designs for girls, but make sure that your design is unique.
New tattoo art is growing in popularity. These are often modern versions of the old sailor tattoos. These tattoos are often found in galleries all over the Internet because of their popularity, and usually consist of anchors or swallows, or other traditional nautical symbols. Believe it or not, women have found new and unique ways to implement these old fashioned designs, usually placing them on the neck.
Another design that has found interest is Japanese Kanji tattoo art. These designs are not for everyone, but the artwork can be a beautiful addition. Kanji is most often incorporated in tattoo sleeves, because it consists of large, intricate images. The most popular form of Kanji for female tattoos is the Koi fish.
For more feminine tastes, there are floral and heart tattoos design. If you choose this type of tattoo design, make sure you do your research. The designs in tattoo shops are often outdated, so you will probably find a better design on the Internet.
Finally, the most popular design among both men and women is tribal art. A tribal is timeless. It has been around for years, if not centuries, and the designs just keep getting better. Many women tend to overlook tribal art, but this is a mistake. Tribal designs can be very tasteful, and designs with bright colors and flowing lines are becoming more common. Many tattoo artists have designed excellent tribal art, specifically for feminine tastes.

What's the meaning of Cobra Tattoo ?
The meaning of Cobra Tattoos:they embodied such women’s characteristics as mysteriousness, intuition and unpredictability. For men a cobra means power and wisdom, but it is also a sign of insidiousness, slyness and darkness. Such tattoo can mean protectiveness over the people whose initials are inked or it can be a tattoo made in loving memory of those who are gone that shows that the tattoo owner will never forget them.
